We got Emco lathe. It is with sinumerik 810T operating system. Recently we got problem with main spindle i will try to describe it maybe somebody can help me. Main spindle motor sometimes stops and doesnt rotate but on control panel i can see that it is 150% loaded and sometimes even whole machine restarts after some time. Sometimes spindle rotates but not smoothly (pulsating). I tried to turn motor by hand and there is no any resistance it rotates smoothly. Also there is no any mechanical problems with spindles. I think there could be problems in electrical part. In attachment you can see what happening while it rotates. Maybe somebody can help me to solve this problem? Thank you.
