Hi. I have been having problems with a HMI TP 1500 pnp.
In a random time, the panel shows a black window with a error message.
I´m going to attach the photo of the message.
We tried to do theese thing to find a solution whitout sucees.
-Change of HMI: HMI was changed with a new one and gave the same problem.We are workinw with two other HMI's with a 1500 PLC and interleave each other, which works with the 1200 still gives the error while working with 1500, no.
-Creation of New Project: A new project is created by copying the entire program for the 1200 and copying the HMI tag table and displays one by one.
