SIMODRIVE Converter system: Issue Including parametrizing Rotational Force setpoint Originating From Continuous Signal inputs.

Hello. I work with next equipment:
CPU 317T-2DP
SIMODRIVE 611U
Two engines 1FK7
I parametrizing drive through interface SimoComU. I want to operate by torque setpoint from analog inputs 20.В/24.B
I have connected a potentiometer by the next way:
Ground to the -X131 the power unit 6SN1146-1AB00-0BA1
Voltage 20V from the plug 9 sockets -X141
Exit of pressure from a potentiometer (0-8,9V) to the plug 24. In socket Х462
I parametrized analog inputs by the next way:
I parametrized the “Torque setpoint, master” in Analog Inputs menu on terminals 24.х/20.х. Voltage 10V there correspond to the moment of 1,5 Nm.
CPU is disconnected, the drive is active, SimoComU is started when I have testing. I rotate a potentiometer. I observe voltage displacement in “Terminals/function status” menu, but axis rotation doesn't occur.
By the same way I parametrized the speed setpoint. Axis rotations doesn't occur. I use parametrized terminals 20.х/56.х/14.х too. As there was no rotation. SimoComU doesn't give out any error during my actions.
I parametrized axe A as analog of axe A. I have started the controler with the project of positioning axis. At project working time axis doesn't carry out it’s by position and speed tasks from the controller. Probably because it is Torque setpoint parametrized from analog inputs. And axe A slowly rotates, but doesn't react to a potentiometer. In menu “Terminals/function status” I observe voltage displacement as reaction on potentiometer.
About one year before in my work beginning with SimoComU I has submit the speed task from a potentiometer through analog inputs. I have forgotten, what way I have received result.
In my opinion, parameters 607 and 612, activating analog inputs and disconnect PROFIBUS management, therefore the drive should work in Master mode.
I has established parameters normal values described in chapters 6.1.2 and 6.6.2, if it was necessary.
What I haven't considered in my actions?
What is my mistake?
I was guided by chapters «6.1.2 Current and speed control» and «6.6.2 nset mode or nset with Mred mode» a manual «SIMODRIVE 611 universal Function Manual 06/2009 Edition».
