Dear Experts,
We have sent a panel with 4 drives. THe customer reports the following issues...
1. when the motor is connected to the drive, it accepts the digital commands, but it doesnt accept the analog commands from the DCS.
When the motor is removed from the drive the drive accepts the input from the DCS. I asked the customer to put a mAsource with the drive and use it with the motor connected to the drive. This time the motor ran as per the requirement.
Please suggest if anything else could be done to rectify this issue as the situation is pressurising.
2. Only one drive among 4 seems to work perfectly well. It accepts the commands and the motor rotates in the field. But when one among the other 3 drives are switched on the other drives indicate a frequency of -10Hz on the BOP. This happens only when the motors are connected to the drives.
Please help me in resolving the issues. I have done all the basic troubleshooting steps required but have'nt found a solution yet.
