Update your settings

Hello guys I have a problem that not matter what I do (modify configuration) simulated WinCC RT Prof projekt cannot connect to simulated PLC in PLCSIM ADV. with Virtual Eth. Adapter option chosen.
Basic information:
PLC SIM 4.0 SP1.
TIA Portal V17 Upd 8.
Windows 10 22H2 as a virtual machine hosted by VMWare Pro 17.5 on Windows 11 host machine.
When PLCSIM has "Online access" set as "PLCSIM" WinCC RT project can be simulated without any problems.
On the "Online access" set as Virtual Eth. Adapter i can access and work on the PLC but WinCC RT cannot connect to PLC.
Project was tested on friends machine and works fine, so it seems problem is local to my machine.
My Virtual adapter has correct IP (same subnet as PLC project).
In PG/PC Interface app i tried all options related to PLSIM Virtual Ethernet Adapter.
I tried to switch off/on firewall.
What is strange that I am certain that few months ago I had different project which could be used with this combo flawlessly.
I tried new very simple project PLC + WinCC RT with "one life bit LED" but it also failed.
Reinstallation of the PLC sim advanced did not help.
I do not know if this is setting issue or different cause but I do not know what to do next.
