It's been a while since the last post. I'm facing the same problem. I have TP1200 comfort panel and USB scaner KL-1000. I'm trying to make these two work together.
It's working perfectly on my laptop, but when the scanner is connected to the TP1200 it's not scanning properly. When I scan a barcode the "ENTER" command is executed, but no symbols are appear on the panel.
Do I need to install any drivers on TP1200? Is that scanner compactible at all with this panel?
What other solutions could be possible?
