I am developing aproject that has a TP-177A communicating with a S7-317-DP2. We are using the MPI port.
When I add alarms to my project (about 150 ) I get an error on the TP-177A.
"Overflow" No data exchangewith PLC.
This clears itself, the communications still appears to work. I have increased the acquistion cycle to 10 secs. Now the error comes once every 10 s.
It seems that the PLC is hitting the HMI with too much data.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
