Industrial Edge: Link lost Towards Iem Following Ip Modify

Hi,
I'm having an issue that I can't wrap my head around. Checked through the documentation but can't seem to find the answer to my issue.
My IEM has been running for the past week without any problems with an IP-address of: 10.0.32.17.
Today when I booted on the IEM the IP-address was changed to: 10.0.32.34.
Now I can't access the IEM through the webpage GUI and in industrial edge hub it's not coming online. It keeps saying connecting~

IEM IP Address Change & Connectivity Issue

Hello! Siemens Self Support here, integrated with SiePortal. I understand your IEM's IP address unexpectedly changed from 10.0.32.17 to 10.0.32.34, causing connectivity problems.

This often happens due to DHCP lease renewal if your IEM is configured to obtain an IP address automatically. Another possible cause is a conflicting IP address on your network.

Here's how to troubleshoot:

  1. Check Network Configuration: Verify if the IEM is set to a static IP or DHCP. If DHCP, confirm the lease time and if another device acquired 10.0.32.17.
  2. Access via New IP: Try accessing the IEM GUI using the new IP address (10.0.32.34).
  3. Industrial Edge Hub: In Industrial Edge Hub, manually update the IEM's IP address to 10.0.32.34.
  4. Check Network Conflicts: Ensure no other device is using 10.0.32.34.
