ihave two semovert drive model 6SE7035-1TJ61 (250kw) one master and other slave both fixed to gear box
my problem speed difference between both ... master speed is ok but slave not ok
with encoder slave not move ...encoder many time changed & cable check ok with shiled ...
many time made autotune p115=2-3-4-5 no new
with p115= 7 test for encoder in p540 showing no result
signal from master coming correct to slave but slave not move
without encoder slave runing but more speed than master ..autotune p115=2-3-4-5 no new
final i changed slave drive with new drive still same problem ..with encoder no speed and without encoder more speed
in attachment cfc chart when i changed parameter 1 16#4 to 16#2 speed coming same and no sound in gearbox but torque for master showing -1% and slave take more load +77% after time
temperature fault f023because load and slave trip and sound came to gear box big sound
i want to run with encoder and feedback missing please help
