We are having some serious problem regarding redundancy of S7-400 H in an one project.The standby Rack 1 CPU always goes into stop mode and the H system showing error .We have tried the following :
. Memory reset of both CPUs and new hardware config and sw download.
.Trying to run the Rack 1 as master.The Rack 0 CPU goes to stop.
.Check the Rack settings behind the CPUs and found OK.
.Replaced both CPUs then found running OK .
.Replace H cables, sync modules.

The secondary CPU module information states the following :
"Standby CPU Link up/update by Master CPU aborted.
Cause : Refusal of CONNECT due to different structure of the part AS"
