Hi all,
in the Databus 3.1 release note I found an information, that MQTT over websockets is available.
https://docs.industrial-operations-x.siemens.cloud/r/en-us/industrial-edge-platform-operation-what-s-new/list-of-release-notes/what-is-new-in-industrial-edge-12/24/databus-v3.1.0
But I am missing a technical documentation, how this is implemented. (Ports, etc.)
Maybe someone can give me some additional information.
Best regards
You are correct to notice the availability of MQTT over WebSockets in Databus 3.1, as highlighted in the release notes.
Currently, detailed technical documentation regarding the specific implementation (ports, configuration) is limited in public documentation. However, the default port for MQTT over WebSockets is 8083.
For further assistance and detailed configuration guidance, please consult the Siemens Support. You can also search for relevant articles within the SiePortal using keywords like "Databus MQTT WebSockets" or open a support request there.
