Recently we have freshly setup the spare SCS PC and loaded the project from existing PC. After downloaded the project to WINLC RTX controller, some of the WINCC graphics runtime page not updating the correct state example
UNKNOWN.
This issue we have observed in
SCS Actuator’s page (Here MOV state not shown) and SCS Controller’s page (Here PID mode not shown)
. Please refer the attachments for details. As we checked, these statuses are updated in the OPC clients such as Matrikon OPC explorer and Harvey Mayer OPC Tool. We believe it might be problem of internal tags and scripts / graphics for updating.
We have compiled & downloaded the SFC & Winapp (graphics) as mentioned in the procedure. But nothing helped us. But while comparing with the running PC, that shows the correct status.
Could you please help me, how to fix this issue? Your prompt action is highly appreciated.
