Hello, I have a problem when I want to download a project to a HMI Comfort. I get message with error text: "Error during loading. Contact Siemens Customer Support."
I noticed that I have this problem when HMI is connected to factory network. When I disconnect HMI from network the problem does not recur.
How can I solve this problem without disconnecting from network?
