I am using S7 1200 PLC . I want to use pid compact to control pressure trough manupulating the speed of motor using ACS850 vfd. The pressure sensor input range is -10 to 5mbar as a 4-20mA
receive pressure value nearest 0 to -3mbar,so i use setpoint is -1.16mbar,
i have tried pretunning but i obtain the error process value is close to setpoint,
For successive pretunning formula,
sp-pv >0.3 (high pv-low pv)
according to this formula pretuning is not possible,
if possible then anyboady help us
