The same thing happened to me with an S7315, the problem was that I wanted to download a very large DB, even though the portal did not give compilation errors, when downloading a DB with an amount of data greater than 16383 bytes. Tia portal returned that error to me.

Hello,
I got the not enough memory at the time of program download (only changes)in spite of having enough free memory.
I just change the properties of one bit in the PLC data type ( I checked setpoint), and then when I tried to download it says there is not enough memory. I took a screenshot which is attached.
Do you think that it means total download?
