SINAMICS S: Linear Motion Axis have no Rotational Force

We have SINAMICS CU320 (v2.5), 2 Double motor modules and 4 servomotors 1FK7.
We have successfuly put together all things and configure it with Scout v4.1 SP1 (including PLC S7 3152DP T) and it's working.
But we found something and we don't know why is this happening:
We want to have two axis in synchronisation (in gear) for boring (drilling) machine.
One axis is lienar axis (for movig boring head up and down) and second axis is rotary axis for borer.
We have two boring (drilling) heads, that's why 4 motors.
What we found is, that when the motors are not moving, but they are on and in gear, we can move with hand the first (linear axis) motor!
And when we do that, the second motor (rotary axis) will follow.
When we want to move with hand the second motor, we can't.
We found out that when the axis is configured as rotary asis, we can not move the motors with hand. But when the axis are linear, we can move the motors with hand (and with not much force, just try to turn the motor a little and it goes to error: standstill error).
We configured all axis for position control (speed control); we don't need much torque, because we not actualy drilling, we are cuting 'Gewinde' into the holes. For us is position control more important.
We tryed all four motor as linear axis (also with no synchronisations) and we can move them with hand (they have no torque) and they immediately falls into error.
When they are configured as rotary axis, we can't move them.
I can not found why, but for us this is not OK, because that means, that every time, when we will stop moving our boring head up and down, it will falls down.
Enyone knows, what we are doing wrong?
