Hi To All,
I am Using 10 Number G120 Cu240E2-PN Drive With S7 300 PLC. The Motors Connected to the Each Drive Unit are With Brake Type.
Inorder to Open The Brake i used The Drive Output .The Command Motor Holding Brake Open R52.12 Interconnected with Drive Output.
In Our Machine operator Start and Stop The Machine Frequently. So After Some Days the Drive Output Relays Failed in Some Drives.
Due to That Motor Blocked Fault Came, Again i Reconfigure the Next Free output For Brake Open.
Is it Possible to Open the Brake Output Through the PLC Program ??? Any Sample Program is There??
