I have an inverter ,model: micromaster 440 .
Sometimes , i see the error 0090 on it's display and also the motor is stpped ( see the attached file ). I refered to it's document and found it that the problem is related to the encoder .
What i have done is :
1) I check all encoder's connections and also made them new .
2)i changed the cable between inverter and encoder
3) I check the encoder and it's coupling and for inssurance , i replaced it by new one .
But , still i see this problem and sometimes this error (0090) appears on the inverter's display and because of it the motor is stopped.
I connected to the invertetr and saw the table of faults , I attached the picture .
Please guide me how can i fix this problem ?
