SIMATIC S7-400 / S7-400H / S7-400F /FH: Central processing unit lost Every blocks, Troubleshooting reported Defective

L.S.,
In my project the hardware is changed. A PtP-connection from the CP441-2 module is removed and 2 new AI-modules inserted.
With switching on the power for the PLC I would like to upload the program (again) for the case we had to go back to the old situation. But the upload was very quick, there was no question about overwrite OB1 and in the upload only SFB's and SFC's are shown.
So the next actions was to open the diagnotics of the PLC and there the message without timestamp 'DEFECTIVE' was shown. Followed by 'memory reset' See attachment.
The laptop was powered on, the Simatic PC adapter USB 6ES7 372-0CB20-0XA0 was connected to the PLC and then plugged into the laptop.
PLC is a CPU 412-2XG00-0AB0 marked with V1.2.0 at the front and in the diagnostic-tab 'general', yes I know it's old but not planned to replace.
The powersupply is a PS 407 10A (407-0KA01-0AA0) and at the LED's I have seen the LED 5V blinking slow. Docu for the powersupply 'solved' this blinking, the FMR-key should (and is) pushed.
The rack is 'earthed' with an approx 4mm2 wire.
So, should I be suprised when this failure happens again
Or should I start a replacement-action for the CPU, because the CPU is really defective?
regards,
Willie
