Plant Engineering Software COMOS: Utilize connector Originating From element

Hello,
when creating symbols, there is a possibility to use a connector from any element on electrical diagrams (e.g. circuit diagrams). To use this function add to the connector point text a special code:
EA1 /E:Elm001
will add the connector EA1 from the element named Elm001 of a placed object instead the connector EA1 from the placed object itself.
I would like to use this functionality for P&ID-like documents too. I tried to use this:
%N CI1 /E:Elm001%
and this:
CI1 /E:Elm001
but both versions always connect to the connector CI1 on the placed object and not using the connector from the element.
Does anyone know if a functionality like this is available?

Connector Reference to Element in P&ID Diagrams

Currently, the functionality to reference connectors from elements within P&ID diagrams using the /E:Elm001 syntax (as available in electrical diagrams) is not supported in COMOS P&ID.

The attempts with %N CI1 /E:Elm001% and CI1 /E:Elm001 will always default to the connector on the placed object itself. This is a known limitation.
