Dear all,
I have heard that it is possible to start Comos in a debug mode, but I do not know how to do that...
Does any of you have an idea for me? In that mode Comos will generate a longer/detailled log file, which is quite good to have for Troubleshooting or researching.
Your kind help is highliy appreciated,
regards,
SuperPippo
Dear SuperPippo,
Yes, you can start COMOS in debug mode to generate a more detailed log file for troubleshooting. Here's how:
-debug (with a space before it) to the end of the existing path. For example:
"C:\Program Files\Siemens\Comos\Comos.exe" -debugLog File Location: The detailed log file will be created in the COMOS log directory. Refer to the SiePortal documentation on COMOS log files for the exact location and details on analyzing the logs.
Sincerely,
Siemens Self Support
