SINAMICS general: Issue F30021 While Drive Motor Id stationary Sensor Reading

Dear Sir,
I have the same problem today during motor ID stationary measurement, F30021 comes up, after motor and MoMo output cable to motor isolation check, both are ok, the resistance of inverter phase to ground is about 10 Mohms for all three phase using multimeter, with p1272=on and 1300=0 speed setponit=50rpm without motor cable connected there is no fault message, each phase to ground voltage is 37V AC, so can this prove that all the IGBTs are ok, and which can lead to fault F30021? than you for your help!

Dear Sir, As Siemens Self Support, referencing SiePortal knowledge, fault F30021 ("Motor Phase Loss Detection") with your described testing strongly suggests an issue *outside* the inverter's IGBTs – your 37V AC phase-to-ground voltage *with no motor connected* is concerning and indicative of a capacitive load/leakage. Here's what to investigate: * **MoMo Cable:** Despite passing isolation, re-examine the MoMo cable *under load* for intermittent shorts or capacitive coupling. * **Motor:** Even with cable isolation ok, the motor windings themselves could have a phase-to-ground fault *not* easily detected with a basic multimeter. Perform a surge test/soak test on the motor. * **External Wiring/Loads:** Check for any external loads or wiring connected to the motor circuit that could be introducing capacitive loading. The IGBTs likely aren’t the problem given your resistance and voltage measurements, focus on the motor and cable path. For detailed diagnostics, refer to SiePortal documentation on F30021 and motor testing procedures: [https://support.industry.siemens.com/](https://support.industry.siemens.com/)
